Refunds & Cancellations

All refund requests are subject to approval. We will only issue a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order. After that it is likely that we have already started working on your customized campaign and activated the ad spend. If for any reason you need to cancel your order to receive a refund, please submit your request to
Please note: It is common to receive leads outside of your targeted area. This is completely out of our control. Review our Lead Replacement Policy below.

Delivery/Fulfillment Timeline

Each order is fulfilled in the order that it is placed. Although we typically create your campaign within one (1) business day after we receive the order confirmation (if placed before 3pm MST Mon-Fri), Facebook still has to approve the campagin to proceed. Once your campaign is approved and activated, you can expect to begin receiving leads within one to two (1-2) business days, however in rare cases this may take up to five (5) business days to begin to receive leads.
We set up every campaign to deliver as quickly as possible. However, every area is different. If you order 10-20 leads, your entire order can be delivered as quickly as only 1-2 days. However, some areas with smaller populations, and/or highly competitive areas may create a slower lead flow. Especially Arizona, South Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Florida and Colorado. In some cases, it may take several days to deliver all leads. 

Lead Replacements

We will replace any lead(s) that is outside of your targeted state and/or exceeding 50 miles from your specified city/zip code, as well as leads that are outside of the disclosed targeted age range if applicable. We do everything on our end to ensure that your leads are within your desired parameters, but sometimes Facebook has a mind of its own, and unfortunately it is out of our control. 
It is common for prospects to fill out multiple forms online to be contacted within your specific industry. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any repeat leads within your internal database that you may have previously purchased from other vendors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee our leads are exclusive to your specific industry.
Before contacting us, please wait until you have received all leads. Wait 1-2 business days, then check to see how many extra leads we may have already sent.  If you still need replacements, please email us with your order number, the lead(s) full name and reason for replacement to Replacement lead(s) may take up to an additional 3-5 business days to receive.
