Digital lead generation is the process of drawing a potential customer’s interest towards a specific product and/or services. In simple words, leads are the potential prospects who have viewed your customized ad, have shown interest in your product and/or services and are now requesting to be contacted by you. Although many customers have had great success with our leads, we cannot guarantee any conversions and/or sales generated from our leads. It is the clients responsibility to contact lead(s). We are a Digital Marketing Agency and are not responsible for any interaction or communication with any/all lead(s) provided by our platform on behalf of our clients.

By purchasing lead(s) from The VOXX Group, you (the buyer) agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, and our Lead Policy.


The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) was created to stop unwanted telemarketing phone calls to consumers.

  • The TCPA applies to telemarketing, text messages and pre-recorded calls.
  • The law prohibits contact with consumers unless the company has “prior express consent” to contact the consumer.
  • The type of consent needed depends on the technology, the type of device and the content of the message.

We have partnered with industry experts so we can constantly monitor the ever-changing federal and state regulations regarding consumer protection so we can remain TCPA compliant. Every lead generated by our platform and/or contractors has provided consent to be contacted by us and our partners (you, the buyer). However, it is important that you understand current regulations and abide by them at all times. If a lead requests that you stop contacting them, stop contacting them immediately.

The VOXX Group is not liable or responsible for any damages resulting from or related to your use of lead(s) received from our platform.

Delivery/Fulfillment Timeline

Each order is fulfilled in the order that it is placed. Although we typically create your campaign within one (1) business day after we receive the order confirmation (if placed before 3pm MST Mon-Fri), Facebook still has to approve the campagin to proceed. Once your campaign is approved and activated, you can expect to begin receiving leads within one to two (1-2) business days, however in rare cases this may take up to five (5) business days to begin to receive leads.
We set up every campaign to deliver as quickly as possible. However, every area is different. If you order 10-20 leads, your entire order can be delivered as quickly as only 1-2 days. However, some areas with smaller populations, and/or highly competitive areas may create a slower lead flow. Especially Arizona, South Carolina, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Florida and Colorado. In some cases, it may take several days to deliver all leads. 

Lead Replacement

We will replace any lead(s) that is outside of your targeted state and/or exceeding 50 miles from your specified city/zip code, as well as leads that are outside of the disclosed targeted age range if applicable. We do everything on our end to ensure that your leads are within your desired parameters, but sometimes Facebook has a mind of its own, and unfortunately it is out of our control. 
It is common for prospects to fill out multiple forms online to be contacted within your specific industry. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any repeat leads within your internal database that you may have previously purchased from other vendors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee our leads are exclusive to your specific industry.
Before contacting us, please wait until you have received all leads. Wait 1-2 business days, then check to see how many extra leads we may have already sent.  If you still need replacements, please email us with your order number, the lead(s) full name and reason for replacement to Hello@TheVoxxGroup.com. Replacement lead(s) may take up to an additional 3-5 business days to receive.
