Yes. To ensure our clients have the best opportunity for success, we require a 20 lead minimum order quantity for Life Insurance, while Real Estate and Solar Energy require a minimum of 10 leads.

The VOXX Group has partnered with industry experts so we can constantly monitor the ever-changing federal and state regulations regarding consumer protection so we can remain TCPA compliant. Every lead generated by our platform has provided consent to be contacted by us and our partners (you, the buyer). However, it is important that you understand current regulations and abide by them at all times. If a lead requests that you stop contacting them, stop contacting them.

You should receive an order confirmation the same day as your purchase. Once approved, our team begins your customized ad campaign within 1 business day.

Your dedicated campaign manger will reach out via email with instructions on how to receive your purchased leads.

Once your campaign is approved, you can expect to start receiving leads typically within 2-3 business days. It may take up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your full purchase of leads. Our Delivery/Fulfillment Policy can be viewed here.

We guarantee your leads will be within a 50 mile radius of your requested city/zip code. Any leads outside of the requested radius will be replaced with no additional charge. Our Lead Replacement Policy can be viewed here.

If you contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed, yes. If your campaign has already been approved and activated, no. We unfortunately cannot change targeting after your campaign is live. If you need us to change your contact information, i.e. phone number/email address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we will not change any of the previous data that was generated before the change.  

Please insure your billing details match the address associated with your credit card. If everything looks correct, contact us and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

To submit a refund/cancellation request, please contact us at with your order number in the subject line. You can expect to receive a response from one of our agents within 1-2 business days.

For cancellations, please contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed.

All refund requests are subject to review. If approved, please allow up to 48 for us to process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-2 business days and usually takes up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.
